DIY Valentines Kids Will LOVE To Hand Out

I’m sure by now you’ve recieved notice from teachers requesting that your child put together a decorated “mailbox” of some sort and get Valentines ready to hand out to the whole class.  If you are wanting to do something different than the old boxed character Valentines, here are ideas for a few adorable and EASY cards to celebrate the day of LOVE. All you have to do is gather a few supplies, possibly take a couple photos and grab the kids to help assemble!  I’ve included links to the templates to make it even easier to put together.  From Canva.com you can add your photos and customize.  A fun craft while winter keeps you stuck inside a little more.  Ideal time to get crafty!

I love these little googly eye rings that can transform a child’s hand into a character!  All you have to do is poke two small holes to tie the eyes onto the card.

My son got an absolute kick out of sticking these hairy mustache stickers on his face!

The class will surely love these silly monkeys swinging across their card! Tie the arm of the monkey to a string of twine.  Cut masking tape in the shape of leaves up and down the twine. Poke two holes at either end and make a knot in the back to hold.

Materials:

Barrel of Monkeys

Twine

Green Masking Tape

Not only do the beads stringed across the card act as a banner for the photo, but it is a bracelet as well.  All you do is poke two small holes at the hands, string through and tie around the back of the card.
